VSTS Extension Project Templates - Version 2.1.1

I've just released an update to my Visual Studio extension, which adds a new project template for VSTS build/release tasks as well as an item template for an individual build/release task.  Stay tuned for more updates--I've had some feature requests come in and can't wait to get started on them!
